Your business name and contact details, the client's details, a unique invoice number, issue date (and due date for credit terms), a clear description of goods or services with quantities and rates, applicable tax shown separately, and payment instructions. The notes field is the right place for bank details, UPI ID or payment terms like “Net 15”.
